Answers to your questions.

No — the Beginners and Mothers courses require no prior fitness experience. We start from the ground up, at your pace. For the Advanced and Intensive courses, you should have trained regularly. If you're unsure, we'll clarify that in a short preliminary conversation.
No. "Fitness for Mothers" is not a classic postnatal class — it's functional training for everyday life with children. We work on pelvic floor, core and posture integrated into every exercise, suitable for women who have already completed postnatal recovery or whose birth was some time ago. If you're still in early recovery, I recommend a brief chat first.
Absolutely. A trial session costs € 15 and is completely non-binding. You can book it on the registration page or just send me a message.
Comfortable sportswear, good shoes (weather-proof for outdoor courses), a water bottle and a small towel. Training mats and all other materials are provided.
Yes. I offer four courses with different intensities: Mothers (light), Beginners (light), Advanced (medium) and Intensive (high). Within each session I show variations, so every woman can work at her own level.
The easiest way is via the registration form. Select your preferred course, fill in your details and submit — I'll then get in touch personally with all the information you need.
Missed sessions can be made up within the same week in another course of the same level. Please let me know in advance so I can reserve your spot.
Outdoor courses take place in almost any weather — we're out and about and that's part of it. In the case of thunderstorms, strong winds or extreme conditions, I'll move the session to the studio or reschedule. You'll receive notice in good time.
Yes. Due to illness, holiday or other circumstances, you can pause your membership by arrangement for up to four weeks per year.
