You move regularly and enjoy it — but you're looking for more structure, more variety and targeted strength building. You want to take the next step without losing the fun.

What to expect

  • Challenging functional exercises with additional variations
  • Building maximal strength, strength endurance and explosive power
  • Complex movement patterns and multi-joint exercises
  • Athleticism, jump training and mobility
  • Varied training formats: circuits, intervals, EMOM, station work
  • Personal correction at a high level

How a session works

Warm-up (10 min): Activation, dynamic mobilisation, preparing for training.

Main session (30 min): Rotating training formats — you learn to control your body precisely under load.

Cool down (5 min): Active recovery, stretching, targeted mobility.

Requirements

You should have trained regularly for at least 6 months, or have completed the Beginners course. If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch — we'll discuss whether the course is right for you.
