Whether you're just starting out, returning after a break, or training with clear performance goals — we adapt the training completely to you.

No bans — an honest conversation about what works for you and what holds you back.

Where do we train?

It's your choice: suggest your favourite place where you feel comfortable and like to train — at home, in your garden, a meadow nearby. Or I'll suggest spots I know and love that work well for training or running.

  3. Book the first session — we find a time and place that work — and off we go.
  4. Training & feedback — every session is tailored to you. I'm there, give feedback and adapt the programme continuously.
